He arrived on-time and had the springs replaced and the garage door opener re-adjusted for the new tension in under an hour, (perhaps just at an hour). He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door work.

I called Mark on a Sunday and he was at my house in less than a hour. Fast & efficient taking care of our garage doors.
Yeah, garage doors are just supposed to work, aren't they? So I had no idea what to do when mine broke. Mark came out the same day I called, told me what was wrong, and fixed it for a reasonable price. He loses one star for not being able to take any kind of electronic payment -- cash or paper check only. I understand not wanting to take credit cards, but it's silly to not be set up to take GooglePay or the like.
Wow! I'm impressed with the service for sure. Mark was highly knowledgeable and even foxes some other issues with the door for no extra charge. He was at my house in 2 hrs after I called! I highly recommend Moore's doors. I won't hesitate to call if ever needed again.
Very nice gentleman who unfortunately doesn't service the Lee's Summit area, even though when prompted Yelp had him listed. I called him and he was very kind and, at least, heard my issue even thought he couldn't service my home.He gave me an inkling that it's an easy fix and shouldn't cost much. He also provided me with someone he recommended. If my house had wheels I would push it across the state line to get him to fix my garage door cable issue.
